When will I get my leads?
Normal lead delivery day is Mondays each week for orders received on the previous Sunday by 8PM Central, unless we've advertised otherwise.
How will my leads arrive?
Leads arrive in your email in text form. If you want them sent in Excel, CSV or some other format let us know.
What email address will they be sent to?
Leads are always sent to the email address attached to your account unless you let us know otherwise.
What is the deadline for replacements?
You will have 5 days from the day leads are sent to you to request replacements
When will I receive replacement leads?
Replacement leads are generally sent on Mondays
Can I request a specific time zone or make other special requests for my leads?
You can specify a time zone on your leads and we'll do our best to meet your need but can't always guarantee all your leads in one specific time zone. We do our best to accomodate any special needs you have that will help you succeed at your home business
What does "opt-in" and "surveyed" and "double opt-in" mean?
Opt-in simply means the person has asked for information about working from home. Double opt-in means they have asked for the information and been sent an email verifying the request. Surveyed means the person has not only provided their contact info but also answered some other questions presented in the form they filled out.
Can I still get leads if I don't have a Paypal account?
If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still use the "buy now" buttons and pay with a credit or debit card. Also if you want to mail a check or money order for leads, this is an option but please contact us for the address to mail payment: michelle@mommybizmatchmaker.com
